10.3.3. Removal and installation of glasses and mirrors

Remove a lattice of ventilation of a cowl.

Remove an internal rear-view mirror.

Remove a sealant round a windscreen (fig. 10.38).

Remove a windscreen from the car.

Knife remove glue from a windscreen.

Remove a windscreen sealant.

Put a sticky first coat on a frame of a windscreen and on windscreen perimetre.

Establish a new sealant of a windscreen. For sealant fastening on a place use a sticky tape.

Put on a sealant a thin layer of glue for a windscreen (fig. 10.40).

Establish a windscreen in a windscreen frame.

Paste a sticky tape over a sealant of a windscreen and its framework to fix a windscreen on a place. Allow to dry up to glue within 24 hours.

Remove a sticky tape.

Check up tightness of a windscreen douche by water.

If leak is found, dry up a windscreen and fill with glue a filtering site. If leak remains, remove a windscreen, and repeat full procedure.

Establish an internal rear-view mirror.

Establish a lattice of ventilation of a cowl.

Disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery.

Disconnect an electric socket of a heater of back glass (fig. 10.41).

Remove back glass from the car.

Knife remove glue from back glass and a framework of back glass.

Remove a sealant of back glass.

Establish a new sealant of back glass. For sealant fastening on a place use a sticky tape.

Put on a sealant a thin layer of glue for back glass.

Establish back glass on a sealant of a back window.

Paste a sticky tape over a sealant of back glass and a framework of a back window to fix back glass on a place. Allow to dry up to glue within 24 hours.

Remove a sticky tape.

Check up tightness of back glass douche by water.

If leak is found, dry up back glass and fill with glue a filtering site. If leak remains, remove back glass, and repeat full procedure.

Connect an electric socket of a heater of back glass.

Connect "a weight" wire to the storage battery.

Remove an upholstery of a forward door.

Remove a dustproof film of a forward door.

Remove an external rear-view mirror from a forward door.

Remove a rack of a window leaf of a forward door in a following order:

- Turn out the screw 1 (fig. 10.43);

- Turn out an internal bolt 2;

- Turn out a bolt 3;

- Remove a rack of a window leaf 4.

Remove directing a course of glass of a forward door.

Remove glass of a forward door in a following order:

- Turn out lock bolts 1 (fig. 10.44) glass fastenings to the mechanism стеклоподъемника;

- Lifting upwards and turning, remove glass 2 from a door. Be convinced that glass of a door will not hook on a body and will not scratch a paint.

Insert glass and fix its lock bolts to the mechanism стеклоподъемника.

Establish directing a course of glass of a forward door.

Fix a rack of a window leaf with directing a glass course an internal bolt and the screw.

Fix an external rear-view mirror.

Establish a dustproof film of a forward door.

Establish an upholstery of a forward door.

Remove an upholstery of a back door.

Remove a dustproof film of a back door.

Remove directing a course of glass of a back door.

Turn out lock bolts 1 (fig. 10.45) glass fastenings to the mechanism стеклоподъемника. Lifting upwards and turning, remove glass 2 from a back door. Be convinced that glass of a door will not hook on a body and will not scratch a paint.

Insert glass and fix its lock bolts to the mechanism стеклоподъемника.

Establish directing a course of glass of a back door.

Establish an upholstery of a back door.

Turn out the screw 1 (fig. 10.46) and, moving upwards, remove an internal rear-view mirror 2.

Establish an internal rear-view mirror, fix its screw.

Uncover rear-view mirrors.

Remove an external rear-view mirror with manual adjustment in a following order:

- Turn out screws 1 (fig. 10.47);

- Remove an external mirror 2 back kinds.

Remove an external rear-view mirror with adjustment by a cable in a following order:

- Disconnect the socket 1 (fig. 10.48) the lever of adjustment of an external rear-view mirror;

- Turn away assembly nuts of 2 mirrors;

- Turn out screws 1 (fig. 10.47 see);

- Remove an external mirror 2 back kinds.

Establish an external rear-view mirror, fix its screws.

Establish a cover of an external rear-view mirror.

On cars with adjustment by a cable screw nuts of the lever of adjustment of a mirror.

Establish the socket of the lever of adjustment of position of a mirror
