2.5.1. Check of installation and adjustment of a tension of a gear belt

Check up installation of a gear belt in a following order:

- Remove a headlight;

- Turn out bolts 1 (fig. 2.18) and remove the top part of a casing of a gear belt 2;

- For a bolt of fastening of a pulley 1 (fig. 2.19) turn a cranked shaft on 2 turns before combination of a label "and" on a pulley of a cranked shaft with the index b on the bottom part of a casing of a gear belt;

- Check up: the label on a pulley of a camshaft "and" (fig. 2.20) should coincide with the triangular index b on a back casing of a gear belt.

If necessary adjust installation of a gear belt in a following order:

- Screw-driver 2 (fig. 2.21) block a cranked shaft from проворачивания, turn out a bolt 1 and remove a pulley of a gear belt;

- Turn out bolts and remove directing щупа for measurement of level of oil 1 (fig. 2.22) and the bottom part of a casing of a gear belt 2;

- Turn out a bolt and remove натяжитель 1 (fig. 2.23) a gear belt and a gear belt 2;

- For a bolt of fastening of a pulley turn clockwise a cranked shaft before combination of a label "with" (fig. 2.24) on a pulley of a cranked shaft with the index d on the bottom part of a casing of a gear belt;

- Turn a camshaft so that a label "and" on a camshaft pulley it was combined with the triangular index b on a back casing of a gear belt;

- Establish зубатый a belt, натяжитель a belt and fix a bolt, having tightened its moment 15—23 Нм;

- For a bolt of fastening of a pulley turn a cranked shaft on 2 turns and check up, that the label "with" (fig. 2.24) on a pulley of a cranked shaft was combined with the index d on the bottom part of a casing of a gear belt, and a label "and" on a camshaft pulley was combined with the triangular index b on a back casing of a gear belt;

- Establish all removed details.
