3.3.2. A starter

Disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery.

Disconnect electric sockets and clips from a starter in a following order:

- Turn out a bolt of grounding 1 (fig. 3.97);

- Turn away a nut of the traction relay of a starter for a detachment of an electric wire 2;

- Turn out a bolt of fastening of a clip of wires 3;

- Turn out a bolt of grounding 4.

Turn out bolts of fastening of a starter 1 (fig. 3.98).

Remove a starter 2 in gathering.

Starter installation spend to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following.

Tighten bolts of fastening of a starter the moment 55—65 Нм.

Tighten a nut of the traction relay the moment 9—12 Нм.

Tighten a bolt of fastening of a clip of a wire the moment 9—12 Нм.

Tighten a bolt of grounding by the moment 35—41 Нм.
