Remove a brake drum.
Check up overlays brake колодок on absence of deterioration or on presence on them of stains from oil.
Measure a thickness of overlays brake колодок. Is minimum admissible thickness of overlays — 1 mm.
If the received thickness of overlays less admissible or is found out malfunction, replace колодку.

The prevention
Necessarily replace all колодки on one axis of the car even if one is worn out only колодка. If brake колодки are established repeatedly, before removal it is necessary to mark them.
