7.3.10. A brake diskRemoval

The prevention
If replacement of a brake disk is necessary, replace both for maintenance of uniformity of braking. At replacement of brake disks replace also brake колодки.

Tighten a lay brake and block back wheels an emphasis. Ослабьте nuts of fastening of a forward wheel. Lift a forward part of the car and establish on support. Remove a forward wheel.
Remove a rotary fist.

Turn out bolts of fastening of a brake disk to a nave of a forward wheel ( fig. 7.27). Remove a brake disk.
Installation
Check up and if necessary, clear привалочные surfaces of a brake disk and a nave. At installation of a new brake disk remove from its surface a sheeting layer.
Establish a brake disk on a nave of a forward wheel, and fix bolts, having tightened their moment 65 Нм.
Establish a rotary fist.
Establish a forward wheel.
