7.3.11. A drum of the back brake mechanism

Block forward wheels an emphasis and remove back wheels.

Release a lay brake.

Remove a brake drum in a following order:

- Remove a dustproof cap 1 (fig. 7.28);

- Unbend and remove шплинт 2. Do not use it repeatedly;

- Turn on корончатую a nut 3;

- Remove a washer 4 back axes;

- Remove the bearing and a ring of the bearing and an epiploon;

- Remove a brake drum and a hammer beat out from it bolts 1 (fig. 7.29). Do not use repeatedly removed bolts of a nave.

Establish a brake drum in a following order:

- Hammer establish bolts in apertures of a brake drum (fig. 7.30);

- Establish the bearing, a bearing ring, an epiploon and a washer of a back axis;

- Screw and tighten корончатую a nut the moment 25 Нм;

- ослабьте корончатую a nut on 180 ;

- Repeatedly tighten корончатую a nut the moment 2,5 Нм;

- Establish new шплинт and a dustproof cap.

Adjust a lay brake.

Establish back wheels.
