8.2.5. Compressor repair

Remove the compressor.

Tool DW 610-010 1 (fig. 8.48) fix from проворачивания a leading plate of coupling and turn out a bolt 2.

Remove a compressor pulley in a following order:

- Using a stripper of rings, remove a lock ring 1 (fig. 8.49);

- Remove a pulley 2.

Disconnect an electric socket and remove the electromagnetic coil 1 муфты (fig. 8.50).

Connect an electric socket and establish the coil муфты.

Establish a pulley of the compressor and a lock ring.

Tool DW 610—010 fix from проворачивания a leading plate of coupling; screw and tighten a bolt of an axis the moment 13 Нм.

Establish the compressor.
