9.3.3. Removal and installation of knots of system of illumination and a sound signalHeadlights
Removal
Open and reliably fix a cowl.
Disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery.

Turn away screws 1 ( fig. 9.10) and remove a forward overlay of a bumper 2. Remove a headlight in a following order:

- Turn away bolts with a washer 1 ( fig. 9.11); - Disconnect electric sockets;
- Remove a headlight 2.
Installation
Establish a headlight and fix its screws.
Connect electric sockets of a headlight and dimensional light.
Establish a forward overlay of a bumper and fix bolts.
Connect "a weight" wire to the storage battery.
Turn indexes
Removal
Disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery.
Remove a forward overlay of a bumper.
Remove the index of turn from an overlay of a forward bumper in a following order:

- Disconnect an electric socket 1 ( fig. 9.12); - Turn out the screw 2;
- Remove the turn index in gathering 3.
Installation
Connect an electric socket.
Establish the turn index in gathering and fix the screw.
Establish a forward overlay of a bumper.
Connect "a weight" wire to the storage battery.
The lateral index of turn
Removal
Disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery.

Press on the lateral index of turn in a direction to a back part of the car ( fig. 9.13). Turn a cartridge counter-clockwise and remove a lamp.
Disconnect an electric socket.
Installation
Connect an electric socket.
Establish the lateral index of turn.
Connect "a weight" wire to the storage battery.
Back lantern
Removal
Disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery.
Open a luggage carrier cover.
Remove a wing upholstery in a luggage compartment.

Disconnect from a back lantern an electric socket ( fig. 9.14). Remove a back lantern in gathering in a following order:

- Remove a back lantern 2.
Installation
Establish a back lantern in gathering and fix screws.
Connect an electric socket.
Establish a wing upholstery in a luggage compartment.
Connect "a weight" wire to the storage battery.
Antifog headlights
Removal
Disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery.
Lift the car and establish on support.
Remove forward wheels.

Turn out screws 1 ( fig. 9.16), release clamps and remove грязезащитные guards of an arch of forward wheels 2. Remove forward antifog headlights in a following order:

- Disconnect from a forward antifog headlight an electric socket 2;
- Remove forward antifog headlights 3.
Installation
Establish forward antifog headlights and fix screws.
Connect an electric socket to forward antifog headlights.
Establish грязезащитные guards of arches of forward wheels and fix their screws and clamps.
Establish forward wheels.
Lower the car.
Connect "a weight" wire to the storage battery.
Additional stoplight and its arm
Removal
Disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery.
Open a cover of a luggage compartment.
Remove an upholstery of a cover of a luggage carrier.

Turn away screws 1 ( fig. 9.18) and remove a casing 2 additional stoplights. Remove an additional stoplight and a lamp in a following order:

Establish an arm of an additional stoplight and fix bolts.
Establish a drive of a back screen wiper in gathering.
Establish a lamp.
Establish a plafond and fix screws.
Establish a casing and fix screws.
Establish an upholstery of a cover of a luggage carrier.
Connect "a weight" wire to the storage battery.
Lantern of illumination of licence plate
Removal
Disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery.
Remove a lantern of illumination of licence plate from the handle of a cover of a luggage carrier in a following order:

- Extend a plafond 2;
- Remove a lamp 3 lanterns of illumination of licence plate.
Remove a drive of a back screen wiper in gathering.
Disconnect an electric socket in a luggage carrier cover.
Remove the handle of a cover of a luggage carrier.

Remove a cartridge of a lamp 1 ( fig. 9.23) a lantern of illumination of licence plate. Installation
Establish a cartridge of a lamp of a lantern of illumination of licence plate.
Establish the handle of a cover of a luggage carrier.
Connect an electric socket.
Establish a drive of a back screen wiper in gathering.
Establish a lamp of a lantern of illumination of licence plate.
Establish a plafond of a lantern of illumination of licence plate and fix screws.
Connect "a weight" wire to the storage battery.
The door switch
Removal
Disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery.
Remove the door switch in a following order:

- Disconnect an electric socket 3 from the door switch;
- Remove the door switch 2.
Installation
Connect an electric socket to the door switch.
Establish the door switch and fix the screw.
Connect "a weight" wire to the storage battery.
Plafond of illumination of salon
Removal
Disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery.
Remove a plafond of illumination of salon in a following order:

- Edge of a thin screw-driver hook and remove рассеиватель 1 ( fig. 9.25) from a plafond of illumination of salon; - Turn out screws 2;
- Disconnect an electric socket 4 from a plafond of illumination of salon;
- Remove a plafond of illumination of salon 3.
Installation
Connect an electric socket to a plafond of illumination of salon.
Establish a plafond of illumination of salon and fix screws.
Establish рассеиватель a plafond of illumination of salon.
Connect "a weight" wire to the storage battery.
Plafond of illumination of an ashtray
Removal
Disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery.

Remove an ashtray from a sled, pressing the top plate ( fig. 9.26). Remove a sled of an ashtray from the control panel in a following order:

- Remove a sled of 2 ashtrays;
- Remove a lamp 3 from an ashtray sled.
Installation
Establish a lamp on an ashtray sled.
Establish a sled of an ashtray and fix screws.
Insert an ashtray into a sled.
Connect "a weight" wire to the storage battery.
Plafond of illumination of a luggage carrier
Removal
Disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery.
Open a luggage carrier cover.

Edge of a thin screw-driver hook and remove a plafond of a luggage carrier 1 ( fig. 9.28). Disconnect from a plafond an electric socket 2.
Installation
Connect an electric socket to a luggage carrier plafond.
Establish a luggage carrier plafond.
Connect "a weight" wire to the storage battery.
Sound signal
Removal
Disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery.
Lift the car and establish on support.
Remove forward wheels.
Turn out screws 1 ( fig. 9.16 see ), release clamps and remove грязезащитные guards of arches of forward wheels 2.

Turn away a bolt 1 ( fig. 9.29) and remove a sound signal 2. Disconnect from a sound signal an electric socket 2.
Installation
Establish a sound signal and fix a bolt.
Connect an electric socket to a sound signal.
Establish грязезащитные guards of arches of forward wheels and fix their screws and clamps.
Establish forward wheels.
Lower the car.
Connect "a weight" wire to the storage battery.
