10.1.1. The design description

Interior furnish is executed from cast plastic and fastens screws or plastic clip-on earrings.

When all windows are closed also ventilation system is included, additional external air in car salon creates positive pressure. For reduction of pressure air leaves through one ventilating aperture. The ventilating aperture is located in a luggage compartment behind a spare wheel.

Turn out screws 1 (fig. 10.2) and remove the handle 2 forward doors.

Remove the internal handle of a drive of the lock of a door in a following order:

- Turn out the screw 1 (fig. 10.3);

- Disconnect draught 2 internal handles of a drive of the lock of a door;

- Extend the internal handle 3 drives of the lock of a door.

Remove the drive handle стеклоподъемника a forward door in a following order:

- Completely close a window and note a handle arrangement стеклоподъемника;

- Release a lock ring 1 (fig. 10.4) and remove the handle 2. - Turn out the screw 1 (fig. 10.6);

- Disconnect draught of the internal handle of a drive of the lock of a door;

- Extend the internal handle 2 drives of the lock of a door.

Turn out screws 1 (fig. 10.7) and remove the handle of a back door.

Establish and fix the screw external facing of a back door.

Establish internal facing of a back door.

Open a luggage carrier cover.

Remove an upholstery from a luggage carrier cover in a following order:

- Press the central cores and remove clamps 1 (fig. 10.11) upholstery fastenings;

- Remove an upholstery from a luggage carrier cover.

Establish an upholstery of a cover of a luggage carrier. In a case утери or breakages of clamps replace them with the new.

Having pulled for the top part, remove facing 1 (fig. 10.12) a forward rack.

Turn out a bolt of fastening of facing of the top rack.

Remove the plug and a spring washer 2.

Remove a plastic safety lock from seat belt fastening.

Having pulled, remove the bottom facing of an average rack (fig. 10.15).

Disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery.

Open a luggage carrier.

Disconnect an electric socket from back dynamics (fig. 10.16).

Remove lateral facing.

Remove a back of a back seat.

Turn out a bolt of fastening of a seat belt to a back rack.

Installation of forward, average and back racks spend to sequences, return to removal.

Disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery.

Open a luggage carrier cover.

Remove a back of a back seat.

Remove a back shelf.

Remove back динамик from back facing.

Turn away screws 1 (fig. 10.18) and remove back facing 2.

Establish back facing and fix its screws.

Establish back динамик.

Establish a back shelf.

Establish a back of a back seat.

Connect "a weight" wire to the storage battery.

Turn away screws of fastening of the floor console (fig. 10.19).

Uncover the console and the floor console in a following order:

Establish the floor console and fix its screws.

Establish a console cover.

Open a luggage carrier cover.

Establish an upholstery of a luggage carrier and fix its plastic screws.
