3.1.3. Diagnostics

For performance of this operation use a measuring instrument of a compression 09915—64510. Check up a compression in a following order:

- Warm up the engine to temperature of normal work of the engine (temperature of a cooling liquid 80—90 );

- Stop the engine, remove wires of a high voltage and turn out spark plugs;

- Disconnect a socket of the optical gauge of the distributor of ignition;

- Establish a measuring instrument of a compression 09915—64510 in an aperture for candle installation;

- Translate the gear change lever in neutral position (facilitate engine start-up), press against the stop a pedal of an accelerator for full opening throttle заслонки;

- Starter turn a cranked shaft of the engine and fix the greatest value of pressure on a compression measuring instrument.

The difference of measured values between cylinders should be no more than 98,06 кПа. At check of a compression connection between an aperture for a spark plug and a compression measuring instrument should be absolutely tight.

After check remove a measuring instrument and establish earlier removed details.

For performance of this operation use a measuring instrument of pressure of oil 09915—77310.

Before to check up pressure of oil, execute the below-mentioned:

- Check up level of oil and add it if it is necessary;

- At engine oil deterioration, at разжижении oils or at change of colour of oil replace it;

- Check up all possible leaks and make repair of faulty details.

Check up pressure of oil in a following order:

- Turn out the gauge of pressure of oil 1 (fig. 3.3) from the block of cylinders;

- Instead of the gauge of pressure of oil screw a measuring instrument of pressure of oil 09915—77310;

- Start up the engine, warm up it to temperature of normal work of the engine;

- Increase frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft to 2000 mines-1 and fix value of pressure of oil.

After check wind a carving of the gauge of pressure of oil with a thread and tighten the gauge the moment 12—16 Нм. Start up the engine and check up the gauge of pressure of oil on absence of leak.
