5.3.2. Repair of a back suspension bracket

Removal and shock-absorber installation

Lift the car and support a back axis by means of adjustable racks 1 (fig. 5.42).

Turn out a bolt 1 (fig. 5.43) and a nut 2 and remove the shock-absorber from the car.
Installation
Establish the shock-absorber.
Screw a bolt of fastening of the shock-absorber to a back axis and tighten its moment 45—70 Нм.
Screw a nut of fastening of the shock-absorber to an arm of a body and tighten its moment 45—70 Нм.
Clean racks and lower the car.
Removal and installation of a cross-section beam
Removal
Lift the car.
Remove a cross-section beam in a following order:

- Turn out a bolt 1 (fig. 5.44) fastenings of a cross-section beam to a body arm;

- Turn away a nut 1 (fig. 5.45) fastenings of a cross-section beam.

Remove the plug and a washer from a cross-section beam from outside axes (fig. 5.46).
Installation
Installation of a back cross-section beam spend to sequences, return to removal.
Tighten a nut of fastening of a cross-section beam from outside axes the moment 35—55 Нм.
Tighten a bolt of fastening of a cross-section beam to an arm of a body the moment 50—70 Нм.
Removal and installation of the longitudinal lever
Removal
Lift the car and support a back axis by means of racks.

Ослабьте a nut 1 (fig. 5.47) shock-absorber fastenings to a body arm.
Turn out a bolt of 2 fastenings of the shock-absorber to a back axis.
Remove the longitudinal lever in a following order:

- Turn out bolts 1 (fig. 5.48) fastenings of the longitudinal lever to a back axis;

- Turn out a bolt 1 (fig. 5.49) fastenings of the longitudinal lever to a body arm.
Installation

Establish the longitudinal lever and fix a bolt 1 (fig. 5.50) to a body arm, having tightened its moment 70—90 Нм.
Screw bolts of 2 fastenings of the longitudinal lever to a back axis and tighten their moment 80—90 Нм.
Establish the back shock-absorber.
Removal and installation of a back axis
Removal
Remove a back brake drum, колодки and a basic brake disk.
Remove a cross-section beam.
Disconnect a back axis and the longitudinal lever in a following order:

- Support a back axis by means of racks 1 (fig. 5.51);
- ослабьте a nut of 3 fastenings of the shock-absorber to a body arm;
- Turn out a bolt of 2 fastenings of the shock-absorber to a back axis;

- Turn out a bolt 1 (fig. 5.52) fastenings of the longitudinal lever to a back axis.

The prevention
At a detachment of a back axis and the longitudinal lever the effort of compression of a spring can lead соскальзыванию racks from a back axis and injure the personnel. Will perform this work with the assistant.

Slowly lowering racks, remove springs 1 (fig. 5.53).
Lower a jack 2 and remove a back axis from the car.

Remove the buffer 1 (fig. 5.54) and the top saddle 2 back springs.
Installation
Installation of a back axis spend to sequences, return to removal.

Check up correctness of installation of a spring (fig. 5.55). The end of a spring with the big diameter should be directed to the top part of a rack. The spring ends arrange in dredging of nests of a spring.
Establish the buffer and the top saddle of a back spring.
Establish the longitudinal lever and the shock-absorber on a back axis. Tighten a bolt of fastening of the longitudinal lever to a back axis the moment 80—90 Нм.
Screw a bolt of fastening of the shock-absorber to a back axis and tighten its moment 45—70 Нм.
Establish a cross-section beam.
Establish a brake drum, колодки and a support.
Replacement of the bearing of a nave
Dismantling
Remove a back brake drum.
Remove the bearing of a back wheel in a following order:

- Remove the external conic roller bearing 1 (fig. 5.56);

- Remove an epiploon 1 (fig. 5.57);

Establish the internal bearing 1 (fig. 5.62) and an epiploon 2 in a brake drum.
Establish the external bearing.
Establish a brake drum.
