4.1.3. Coupling repair

Conducted disk of coupling
Removal

The prevention
At coupling work the dust containing unhealthy asbestos is formed. Therefore at coupling clearing do not use compressed air and do not inhale a dust. Coupling details clear of a dust by means of a brake liquid or methyl spirit and wipe dry.

Remove a transmission from the car.

Using the adaptation for engine DW110-021 fastening, fix the engine in normal position (fig. 4.2).
Note a marker or a paint position of coupling in gathering in relation to a flywheel.

Using the special tool 09924—17810, for teeths of a gear wreath of a flywheel block it from проворачивания (fig. 4.3).
Gradually on a diagonal ослабьте bolts of fastening of coupling in gathering, turning each bolt on a half-turn, spring action will not stop yet, and bolts can be unscrewed manually.
Remove press a disk, thus support a conducted disk that it has not dropped out.

Remove the bearing of a primary shaft of a transmission, using a stripper of the bearing of a primary shaft 09917—58010, the holder of a flywheel 09924—17810 and a wrench (fig. 4.4).
Check
Check up: a condition of a press disk of coupling;
- Reliability of spring connection between a press disk and a coupling casing;
- Press a disk on absence of cracks, пригара and deterioration of a surface.

Measure depth of an arrangement of heads of rivets from a surface of a disk of coupling. If the measured size less maximum permissible, replace a disk (fig. 4.5). Rating value of depth of heads of rivets of 1,2 mm, maximum permissible value — 0,5 mm.
Replace a coupling disk if its surface is polluted or there are no some rivets.

Check up palpation of a conducted disk of coupling (fig. 4.6). If disk palpation exceeds 0,7 mm, replace a coupling disk.
Installation
Installation of a conducted disk of coupling spend to sequences, return to removal.
At installation of a new conducted disk or a new press disk of coupling remove from them anticorrosive protection.
At installation of a conducted disk watch, that on its frictional overlays even in insignificant quantities oil has not got. Therefore before installation by pure rags wipe привалочную a surface of a flywheel and a surface of a press disk. Establish a conducted disk clean hands.
Establish the bearing of a primary shaft, using the tool for installation of the bearing of a primary shaft 09925—98210 and the holder of a flywheel 09924—17810.
Grease шлицы in a nave of a conducted disk with a thin layer of special greasing on a basis дисульфида molybdenum.
Establish a coupling disk.
Establish coupling in gathering. At repeated installation before the removed press disk of coupling check up, that the labels put before removal were combined. Tighten bolts of fastening of coupling so that the conducted disk of coupling has been pressed, but at the same time could move in the parties.

Using special оправку DW210—010 and the holder of a flywheel 09924—17810, centre a disk of coupling concerning a flywheel (fig. 4.7).
After a centering of a conducted disk gradually on a diagonal tighten bolts of fastening of a casing of coupling by the moment 18—28 Нм.
Take оправку from a conducted disk. Grease шлицевую a part of a primary shaft of a transmission and directing plug of the bearing of deenergizing of coupling with a thin layer of special greasing on a basis дисульфида molybdenum.
Establish a transmission.
The bearing of deenergizing of coupling, shaft and directing plugs of a shaft of deenergizing of coupling
Removal
Remove a transmission from the car.
Remove the lever of deenergizing of coupling.

Remove the bearing of deenergizing of coupling (fig. 4.8).

Using a stripper of the plug 09925—48220 and a hammer, remove the bottom plug and an epiploon of a shaft of deenergizing of coupling (fig. 4.9).
Remove a shaft of 1 deenergizing of coupling.

Screw on a tap a tube 09923—46040 (fig. 4.11). Fix a sliding shaft 09930—30102 to a tube 09923—46040 and take the top plug of a shaft of deenergizing of coupling.
Check
Check up a condition выжимного the bearing. It should rotate easily, in regular intervals and silently; in it should be absent люфт. The working surface of the bearing influencing a press spring, should be smooth, without cracks, local corrosion or development.
The faulty bearing of deenergizing of coupling can be defined, without removing it from the car. For this purpose it is necessary to press a coupling pedal at engine work. If by pressing of a pedal of coupling there is a noise, the bearing of deenergizing of coupling is faulty, it is necessary to replace it.

Installation
Installation of the bearing of deenergizing of coupling, shaft and directing plugs of a shaft spend to sequences, return to removal.
Establish the top plug of deenergizing of coupling, using a tube of the plug 09923—46040, the tool for installation of the plug and a hammer.
Establish the bottom plug of deenergizing of coupling and an epiploon, using the tool for removal / of installation of the plug 09925—48220 and a hammer.

Put universal greasing on шлицы a primary shaft of a transmission 1 (fig. 4.13).
Put universal greasing on an aperture and a surface of the bearing of deenergizing of coupling adjoining to shaft 2.
Establish the bearing of deenergizing of coupling.

Turn away an adjusting nut 1 (fig. 4.14) and disconnect a cable of coupling 2.

Turn out a bolt and a nut 1 (fig. 4.15) and remove the lever of deenergizing of coupling 2.
Installation
Installation of the lever of deenergizing of coupling spend to sequences, return to removal.

Establish the lever of deenergizing of coupling, levelling it with the punched mark in a shaft 1 (fig. 4.16).
Tighten a bolt and a nut the moment 10—16 Нм.
Adjust length of a cable of coupling.

Removal
Turn away an adjusting nut 1 (fig. 4.14 see) and disconnect a cable of coupling 2.
Extend and remove a cable from an aperture of fastening of a transmission.

Pull upwards and disconnect a cable from a hook of a pedal of coupling 1 (fig. 4.17).
Remove the storage battery.
Remove a coupling cable in a following order:

- Turn away a nut 1 (fig. 4.18);
- Remove condensing plug of a cable 2;
- Remove a cable from a pedal 3.
Installation
Installation of a cable of coupling spend to sequences, return to removal.
Establish a coupling cable.
Establish the storage battery.
Connect a coupling cable to a pedal.
Connect a coupling cable to a transmission.
Adjust length of a cable of coupling.

If coupling inclusion/deenergizing occurs at very high or low position of a pedal of coupling, rotating an adjusting nut in one or other party, adjust a coupling cable (fig. 4.19).

Disconnect a coupling cable.
Remove a coupling pedal in a following order:
- Release a returnable spring of a pedal;

- Turn away a nut 1 (fig. 4.20);
- Remove a pedal of coupling 2;
- Remove the plug 3;
- Remove a returnable spring of a pedal 4.
Installation
Establish a returnable spring of a pedal 4.
Establish plugs 3.
Establish a pedal of coupling 2.
Screw a nut 1.
Fix a returnable spring of a pedal 4.
Connect a coupling cable.
Adjust length of a cable of coupling.
Working course and distance between a pedal of coupling and a floor at the moment of coupling inclusion
The coupling pedal is designed so that it has no free wheeling.

The working course And (fig. 4.21) coupling pedals should make 100—110 mm.
After engine start-up, check up, distance In between a pedal of coupling and a floor at the moment of the beginning of inclusion of coupling which should be within 30—40 mm at frequency of rotation of idling, on lifting, at application of a lay brake and отпускании coupling pedals. In the course of check be cautious from sudden трогания the car from a place.
