Possible malfunctions of the pump and methods of their elimination are resulted in tab. 6.4.

Remove a headlight from outside the forward passenger.

Remove a belt of a drive of the pump in a following order:

- ослабьте an adjusting bolt 1 (fig. 6.17) a back arm;

- ослабьте a bolt 2;

- ослабьте adjusting bolts 1 (fig. 6.18) a forward arm;

- Move the pump 2 forward and remove it.

Establish приводной a generator belt.

Tighten an adjusting bolt 1 (fig. 6.19) a forward arm the moment 18—22 Нм.

Tighten an adjusting bolt 2 back arms the moment 20—24 Нм.

Tighten a bolt of 3 fastenings of the pump of the hydraulic booster of a steering the moment 20—24 Нм.

Establish a headlight from outside the forward passenger.

Remove a forward right headlight.

Remove a pulley of the pump of the hydraulic booster of a steering in a following order:

- Remove a belt of a drive of the pump;

- Using holder DW310—020 1 (fig. 6.20), fix a pulley from проворачивания;

- Turn away a nut 2 pulleys of a drive of the pump.

Establish a pulley of a drive of the pump and fix a nut. For fixing of a pulley from проворачивания at a nut tightening use holder DW310—020. Tighten a nut of a pulley of a drive of the pump the moment 55—69 Нм.

Establish the right headlight.

Remove the right headlight.

Disconnect a hose of a line of giving 1 (fig. 6.21) the wheel hydraulic booster.

Turn away the union of a tube of 2 lines of pressure of the hydraulic booster of a wheel.

Remove the pump of the hydraulic booster of a steering in a following order:

- Remove a belt of a drive of the pump;

- Disconnect a socket 1 (fig. 6.22) the switch of pressure of the hydraulic booster of a steering;

- Turn out bolts 2;

- Turn out a bolt 1 (fig. 6.23).

Establish the pump of the hydraulic booster of a steering and fix a bolt, having tightened its moment 18—22 Нм.

Connect a socket of the switch of pressure of the hydraulic booster of a steering.

Establish a belt of a drive of the pump.

Tighten an adjusting bolt 1 (fig. 6.24) a back arm the moment 20—24 Нм.

Tighten a bolt 2 pumps of the hydraulic booster of a steering the moment 20—24 Нм.

Connect a tube of a line of pressure to target connection on the pump of the hydraulic booster of a steering. Tighten the union of 3 tubes of a line of pressure the moment 21—35 Нм.

Establish the right headlight.

Fill the pump with a new liquid and pump over system.

The note At доливке to a liquid or its full replacement always use a liquid of mark DEXTRON—II or DEXTRON—III. Use of other liquid can become the reason of damage of hoses and epiploons and liquid leaks.

Check up system on absence of leaks. If leak is found out, eliminate a cause of defect and pump over system.
