The arrangement of elements of the control panel is shown by heating and ventilation on fig. 8.1. Disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery.
Remove молдинг panels of devices.
Remove the control panel heating and ventilation in gathering in a following order:

- Turn out screws 1 ( fig. 8.2) fastenings of the control panel by heating and ventilation; - Disconnect electric sockets 3;

- Disconnect a cable 1 ( fig. 8.3) switchings by modes from the heater module; - Disconnect a cable of adjustment of temperature 2 from the heater module;
- Remove перчаточный a box from the control panel.

- Disconnect a cable 1 ( fig. 8.4) заслонки retsirkuljatsii/an admission of fresh air from the fan. Disconnect cables from the control panel heating and ventilation in a following order:

- Disconnect a cable 1 ( fig. 8.5) temperature adjustments; - Disconnect a cable of 2 switchings of modes;
- Disconnect a cable 3 заслонки a retsirkuljatsii/admission of fresh air;
Installation
Connect switching cables to the control panel heating and ventilation.
Connect a cable заслонки a retsirkuljatsii/admission of fresh air to the fan.
Connect a cable of adjustment of temperature and a cable of switching of modes to the heater module.
Connect electric sockets.
Establish the control panel heating and ventilation and fix screws. Establish молдинг panels of devices.
Connect "a weight" wire to the storage battery.

Remove cooling hose of the engine of the fan ( fig. 8.7). Remove the fan engine in a following order:

- Disconnect an electric socket 1 ( fig. 8.8) from the fan engine; - Turn the engine counter-clockwise and remove it.

Disconnect an electric socket 1 ( fig. 8.9) the fan resistor. Turn away screws 2 and remove the fan resistor.
Installation
Establish the fan engine, rotating it clockwise.
Connect to the engine an electric socket.
Establish cooling hose of the engine.
Establish the resistor of the fan and fix screws.
Connect to the fan resistor an electric socket.
The fan switch
Removal
Remove the switch of operating modes of the fan in a following order:

- Remove the rotary handle 1 ( fig. 8.10) the switch of operating modes of the fan;
|

- Turn out the screw 1 ( fig. 8.11) fastenings of the switch of operating modes of the fan; - Turn the switch of 2 operating modes of the fan counter-clockwise and remove it from the control panel heating and ventilation.
Installation
Establish the switch of operating modes of the fan and fix the screw.
Establish the rotary handle.
Hoses of system of heating
Removal
Disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery.
Merge cooling liquid.
Remove an entrance hose of a heater in a following order:
- Remove the case of the air filter;
- Lift the car and fix on supports;

- Using tool DW 100—020, disconnect a hose 1 ( fig. 8.12) from the heater module; - Lower the car;

- Disconnect a hose 1 ( fig. 8.13) from the thermostat. Remove a target hose of a heater in a following order:
- Lift the car and fix on supports;

- Using tool DW 100—020, disconnect a target hose 1 ( fig. 8.14) from the heater module; - Disconnect a positive wire of the storage battery from a starter;

- Disconnect a target hose 1 ( fig. 8.15) a heater from the engine. - Lower the car;
Installation
Establish a target hose of a heater in a following order:
- Lift the car and fix on supports;
- Connect a heater hose to the engine;
- Connect a positive wire of the storage battery to a starter;
- Using tool DW100-020, connect a target hose to the heater module;
- Lower the car.
Establish an entrance hose of a heater in a following order:
- Connect a hose to the thermostat;
- Lift the car and fix on supports;
- Using tool DW 100—020, connect an entrance hose to the heater module;
- Lower the car;
- Establish the case of the air filter.
Fill in cooling liquid.
Connect "a weight" wire to the storage battery.
The heater module
Removal
Disconnect hoses of a heater from the heater module.

Remove an air line 1 ( fig. 8.16), the connecting module of a heater and the fan module on the car without air conditioner.

On the car equipped with the conditioner, turn away screws and remove the evaporator ( fig. 8.17). Remove the heater module in a following order:

- Remove the module of a heater 2.
Installation
Establish the module of a heater and fix nuts, having tightened their moment 3—5 Нм.
On the car equipped with the conditioner, establish the evaporator.
Establish an air line connecting the module of a heater and the fan module on the car without the conditioner of air and fix its screws.
Connect heater hoses to the heater module.
The fan module
Removal
Disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery.
Remove перчаточный a box from the control panel.
Remove an air line 1 ( fig. 8.16 see ), the connecting module of a heater and the fan module on the car without air conditioner. On the car equipped with the conditioner, turn away screws and remove the evaporator ( fig. 8.17 see ). Disconnect an electric socket 1 ( fig. 8.9 see ) fan resistor. Turn away screws 2 and remove the fan resistor.
Disconnect an electric socket from the fan engine.
Remove the fan module in a following order:

- Disconnect electroconducting 2 from the module and remove it.
Installation
Establish the module of the fan and fix nuts, having tightened their moment 3—5 Нм.
Connect electroconducting.
Connect an electric socket to the fan engine.
Establish the fan resistor.
On the car equipped with the conditioner, establish the evaporator.
Establish a heater air line.
Connect "a weight" wire to the storage battery.

Installation
Establish ventilating air lines and fix their screws.
Establish air lines with branch pipes and fix their screws.
Heater radiator
Removal
Remove the heater module.
Remove a heater radiator in a following order:

- Remove a casing 1 ( fig. 8.25) a heater radiator; - Remove a radiator of a heater 2.
Installation
Establish a heater radiator on the heater module.
Establish a casing of a radiator of a heater.
Establish the heater module.
