Application of excessive force, for example, hammer blows on a wheel or the tyre, is not recommended. Weak отстукивание боковины wheels hands or a rubber hammer suppose.
Remove a wheel. Difficult removal of a wheel from the car can be because of an alien material or прихвата between the central aperture of a wheel and a nave. Such wheels can be removed as follows:
- Repeatedly tighten nuts of fastening of wheels of the car and then ослабьте nuts, having turned away them on two turns;
- Lower the car and swing it here and there so strongly, how much it is possible. As a result the wheel will be weakened;
- Lift the car and remove a wheel.
Do not suppose oil penetration on vertical surfaces between a wheel and a brake drum (disk). Oil hit on these surfaces can become the reason of easing of a wheel at car movement owing to what management loss is possible. Oil use is not an effective method at removal of the fixed (jammed) wheels. If this method is used, apply oil in a small amount only in the field of the central aperture of a wheel.
Before wheel installation, remove corrosion traces on a surface of fastening of a wheel and a surface of a brake drum or a brake disk a metal brush. Installation of a wheel without maintenance of appropriate contact of metal with metal on fastening surfaces can become the reason of easing of nuts of fastening of wheels; at car movement the wheel can come off. Nuts of fastening of wheels should be tightened in sequence and with the appropriate moment for prevention of a curvature of a wheel, a brake drum or a disk.
Establish a wheel.
Screw nuts of fastening of a wheel on a diagonal. Do not tighten a wheel nut.
Lower the car and tighten nuts of a wheel the moment 90—110 Н·м.
