10.12.8. Elimination of noise, a scratch and jingleNoise elimination is very similar to restoration of tightness of a body. Repair procedure depends on type of restored isolation. Leaks of a sealant of a doorway not always specify in defect of a sealant. Installation of a door or adjustment has flown down can eliminate noise.
Scratches and gnash are usually caused by an undesirable friction between various parts of the car. For their elimination use one of three mentioned below ways:
- Fix knots and units so that there was no relative movement during car movement;
- Isolate knots and car units that there was no contact at the moment of movement;
- Provide necessary contacts and backlashes between knots and car units to eliminate scratches and gnashes during their work. The identical structure of a surface of knots and car units will allow to eliminate undesirable scratches and a gnash.
