3.2.6. A radiator

Disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery.

Disconnect the bottom hose of a radiator and merge cooling liquid from cooling system.

Ослабьте a collar of the top hose of a radiator 1 (fig. 3.85) also disconnect it.

Ослабьте a collar of a hose of a broad tank 2 also disconnect it.

Remove the radiator fan.

Remove a radiator in a following order:

- Turn out bolts 1 (fig. 3.86);

- Remove arms of 2 fastenings of a radiator;

- Remove a radiator 3.

Check up a radiator on absence of breakage, a contamination or other damages.

After plum of a cooling liquid from a radiator, in a radiator there is a liquid part. Merge the liquid rests in special capacity.

Establish a radiator and fix bolts of fastenings and arms. Tighten bolts of fastening of arms the moment 3,5—4,5 Нм.

Establish the radiator fan.

Connect the top hose 1 (fig. 3.85 see) radiator to a radiator.

Connect a hose 2 broad tanks to a radiator.

Fix each hose a collar.

Fill in cooling liquid in cooling system.

Connect "a weight" wire to the storage battery.
