3.2.11. The water pump

Removal

Disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery.

Disconnect the bottom hose of a radiator and merge cooling liquid.

Remove a gear belt.

Turn away bolts and remove a back casing of a gear belt.

Remove the water pump in a following order:

- Turn away a nut 1 (fig. 3.96);

- Turn out bolts 2;

- Remove the water pump 3;

- Remove a lining.

Remove the water pump 3 in a direction and, shown on fig. 3.96.

Installation

Establish the water pump with a new lining. Tighten bolts and nuts the moment 9—12 Нм.

Establish a back casing of a gear belt. Tighten bolts the moment 9 12 Нм.

Establish a gear belt.

Connect the bottom hose of a radiator and fill in cooling liquid.

Connect "a weight" wire to the storage battery.
