3.1.12. An engine mount pillow

Establish the special tool for engine fastening in gathering DW 110—021 in a following order:

- Remove a gutter sealant;

- Remove a thermoprotective casing of a final collector;

- Arrange the tool for engine fastening in gathering DW 110—021 on the centre of a sealant of a gutter and the forward panel.

Turn out a bolt 1 (fig. 3.31) fastenings of a final collector and this bolt fix tool DW 110—021.

Remove a broad tank.

Remove the right headlight.

Turn away a nut 1 (fig. 3.32) an intermediate arm from the bottom part of the car.

Turn away a nut 2 intermediate arms from the top part of the car.

Turn out bolts 1 (fig. 3.33) and remove a pillow in gathering from outside a wing and the top arm of fastening of the engine 2.

The note Ослабьте the fastening tool, moving it upwards and downwards.

The prevention If bolts are weakened without tool adjustment, they can be damaged.

Clamp in a vice an intermediate arm.

Turn out a bolt of fastening of an intermediate arm.

Remove a pillow of the engine from an intermediate arm.

Check up a pillow on absence of cracks, hardening or damages.

Installation spend to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following.

Tighten a bolt of fastening of an intermediate arm the moment 72—88 Нм.

Tighten bolts 1 (fig. 3.33 see) fastenings of a pillow by the moment 45—55 Нм.

Tighten the bottom and top nuts of fastening of an intermediate arm the moment 60—70 Нм.
