3.1.14. Removal and engine installation

At engine removal it is necessary to use a stripper of the engine and a transmission in gathering DW 110—041.

If the car is equipped by air central air, merge a coolant. If the car is equipped by the steering amplifier, merge oil from system.

Remove pressure in fuel system.

Disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery.

Remove the case of the air filter, the resonator and an air branch pipe in gathering in a following order:

- Turn out a bolt 1 (fig. 3.6 see) fastenings of an air branch pipe;

- Turn out bolts 2 and remove the top part of the case of the air filter together with the gauge of temperature of let in air and an inlet air branch pipe;

- Remove the case of the air filter.

Remove the ignition coil.

Disconnect the bottom hose of a radiator and merge cooling liquid.

Disconnect from atomizers electric sockets and топливоподводящие hoses.

Disconnect an accelerator cable, electric sockets and a vacuum hose in a following order:

- ослабьте a lock nut also disconnect a cable of an accelerator 6 (fig. 3.10 see);

- Disconnect a socket 4 gauges of absolute pressure in an inlet collector;

- Disconnect a socket 3 evaporators of steams of fuel;

- Disconnect a vacuum hose 2;

- Disconnect a vacuum tube 5 from the gauge of absolute pressure in an inlet collector;

- Disconnect a socket of 1 gauge of temperature of let in air.

Remove the ignition distributor.

Disconnect wires of a high voltage and electric sockets in a following order:

- Disconnect wires of a high voltage 2 (fig. 3.26 see) from spark plugs and a cover of the distributor of ignition;

- Disconnect a socket 3 gauges of temperature of a cooling liquid of the engine;

- Disconnect a socket of 1 temperature-sensitive element of the switch of the fan of cooling;

- Disconnect a socket 4 gauges of oxygen;

- Disconnect a socket 5 valves of the control of idling;

- Disconnect a socket 6 gauges of position throttle заслонки.

Disconnect an inlet hose of a radiator of a heater.

Disconnect a final hose of a cooling liquid of throttle knot.

If the car is equipped by the steering amplifier, remove an oil tank.

Remove a broad tank.

Remove the radiator fan in a following order:

- Disconnect an electric socket 1 (fig. 3.36);

- ослабьте bolts 2;

- Remove the fan of cooling 3.

Disconnect and remove top 1 (fig. 3.37) and the bottom 3 hoses of a radiator.

Disconnect and remove the bottom hose 2 broad tanks.

Turn out bolts of fastening of a radiator.

Remove arms of fastening of a radiator.

Having rejected back and lifting upwards, remove a radiator.

Disconnect sockets, tubes and hoses in a following order:

- Socket 1 (fig. 3.38) the pressure gauge in system of the amplifier of a steering;

- Hose 2 from the pump of the amplifier of a steering;

- Tube 3 from the pump of the amplifier of a steering;

- Tubes of 4 high and low pressure of a central air of air.

Disconnect a hose of the amplifier of a steering.

Disconnect a gear change cable in a following order:

- Remove a spring clamp 1 (fig. 3.39) a cable;

- Remove a washer 2;

- Disconnect a cable of switching 3;

- Remove the E-shaped ring 4.

Disconnect electric wires.

Turn out a bolt and disconnect "a mass" wire from картера transmissions and an electric socket of the switch of a lantern of a backing.

Turn out bolts and remove the bottom protective casing of a transmission.

Turn out a drain stopper and merge трансмиссионное oil from a transmission.

Disconnect a coupling cable in a following order:

- ослабьте a nut 1 (fig. 3.40) cable adjustments;

- Disconnect a cable from a wire clip 2;

- Disconnect a cable from an arm of a transmission 3.

Turn out a nut and disconnect a cable of a speedometer from картера transmissions.

Disconnect an electric socket of the gauge of speed of the car.

Turn away a nut and remove a reception exhaust pipe and linings.

Disconnect electric sockets in a following order:

- Socket 4 (fig. 3.41) the gauge of pressure of oil;

- Socket 2 from the generator plug;

- Socket 1 from the generator;

- Socket 3 from a starter;

- Collar of 5 fastenings of a plait of wires.

Disconnect a hose of return of a cooling liquid in a broad tank and a final hose of a heater.

Remove forward wheels.

Turn out bolts and separate the bottom levers of a forward suspension bracket from rotary fists.

Turn away a nut and separate tips of steering draughts from rotary fists.

Remove lobbies (right and left) longitudinal elements of a longeron and the stabilizer.

Remove the left and right power shafts in a following order:

- Turn away a nut of fastening of power shafts to naves of forward wheels;

- Take power shafts from naves of forward wheels;

- Blow of a brass hammer on the mount established between an internal SHRUS and картером of a transmission, take a power shaft from a transmission and remove it from the car.

Turn out bolts and remove a forward arm of fastening of the engine and the pillow plug in gathering.

Turn out bolts and remove the right and left cross-beams.

Turn away a nut of fastening of an intermediate arm of fastening of the engine.

Support the oil pallet a stripper of the engine and a transmission in gathering DW 110—041.

Turn away a nut of fastening of an intermediate arm of fastening of the engine.

Remove jet draught in a following order:

- Turn out a bolt and a nut 1 (fig. 3.42) the bottom arm of fastening of the engine;

- Turn out a bolt of 2 fastenings of an arm of a body;

- Remove jet draught 3.

Turn out bolts 1 (fig. 3.43) and remove a transmission support.

Slowly lower special tool DW 110—041 and remove the engine/transmission in gathering.

Installation spend to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following.

Tighten a bolt of fastening of a forward arm (from outside the block of cylinders) the moment 35—41 Нм.

Tighten a bolt of fastening of the plug of a forward pillow (from outside cross-beams) the moment 35—41 Нм.

Tighten bolts of fastening of plugs of two forward pillows (from outside cross-beams) the moment 45—55 Нм.

Tighten a bolt and a nut of the plug of a forward pillow the moment 68—83 Нм.

Tighten корончатую a nut of a core of the stabilizer the moment 40—50 Нм.

Tighten a bolt of fastening of a core of the stabilizer the moment 33—53 Нм.

Tighten a bolt of a cross-section element of a longeron the moment 10—14 Нм.

Tighten a nut of a cross-section element of a longeron the moment 44—59 Нм.

Tighten a nut of a carving hairpin of the lever the moment 50—70 Нм.

Tighten корончатую a nut of a tip of steering draught the moment 35—55 Нм.

Tighten nuts of fastening of a reception exhaust pipe (from outside pipes of the muffler) the moment 25—35 Нм.

Tighten nuts of fastening of a reception exhaust pipe (from outside a final collector) the moment 25—35 Нм.

Tighten bolts of the bottom protective casing of a transmission the moment 35—55 Нм.

Tighten a nut of a tube of the pump of the amplifier of a steering the moment 36—50 Нм.

Tighten a tube of the pump of the amplifier of a steering the moment 21—35 Нм.

Tighten bolts of fastening of tubes of high and low pressure of a central air of air the moment 23 Нм.

Tighten a bolt of fastening of a radiator the moment 4—5 Нм.

Tighten a bolt of fastening of the fan of a radiator the moment 4—5 Нм.

Tighten a bolt of fastening of the distributor of ignition by the moment 10—16 Нм.

Tighten bolts of fastening of an air branch pipe the moment 7—9 Нм.

After end of all adjusting works, fill in трансмиссионное oil, oil of system of the amplifier of a steering and cooling liquid.

Check up correctness of connection of an inlet fuel hose with fuel рейкой.

Check up correctness of connections of electric sockets.

Connect "a weight" wire to the storage battery.

Restore working capacity of the electronic block of management.

Start up the engine and check up it for normal work.

Recharge a central air and check up level of a cooling liquid.

Check up on absence of leak a vacuum hose, tubes of a central air of air, a tube of system of the amplifier of a steering.
