Details of the generator of type In (DAC) are shown on fig. 3.132.
Remove the generator.
Remove a back cover of the generator in a following order:

- Turn away a nut 1 (fig. 3.133) fastenings of the positive plug of the storage battery;
- Remove a back cover 2.
Remove a pressure / regulator shchetkoderzhatel/diodnyj the bridge in gathering in a following order:

- отпаяйте lead connections 1 (fig. 3.134) coils статора and диодного the bridge;

- Turn away bolts 1 (fig. 3.135) fastenings диодного the bridge;

- Turn away screws 1 (fig. 3.136) fastenings диодного the bridge and a pressure regulator;
- Turn away the screw of 2 fastenings диодного the bridge;
- Turn away the screw of 3 fastenings of a shchetkoderzhatelja/regulator of pressure;
- Turn away the screw of 4 fastenings of a regulator of pressure;
- Remove a pressure / regulator shchetkoderzhatel/diodnyj the bridge in gathering 5.
Отпаяйте connection диодного the bridge and a regulator of pressure 1 (fig. 3.136).
Отпаяйте connection of a regulator of pressure and щеткодержателя 2.
Visually check up диодный the bridge / a pressure / regulator щеткодержатель on absence of damages or breakage.
Remove a fixing plate before removal of a cover and the generator case in a following order:

- Remove a fixing plate 1 (fig. 3.137);
- Turn away coupling bolts 2;
- Remove the case of the generator 3 from a generator cover.
Remove a pulley and a rotor in gathering from a generator cover in a following order:

- Wrap a rotor in a fabric 1 (fig. 3.138);
- Fix a rotor in a vice, a pulley upwards 2;
- Turn away a nut of 3 fastenings of a pulley;
- Remove a pulley 4.
Uncover the generator and a rotor in a following order:

- Remove the plug 1 (fig. 3.139);
- Remove a rotor 2 from a cover 4 generators;
- Remove the plug 3 from a rotor axis.
Check up the bearing in a generator cover on corrosion, deterioration, noise and other damages.

Remove статор 2 (fig. 3.140) from the case 1.

Check up a rotor on chain breakage, using an ohmmeter. The indication should be low enough, or the rotor 1 should be replaced (fig. 3.141).

Check up the rotor coil on breakage of a chain 1 (fig. 3.142) or short circuit 2. Resistance of a winding should be 2,6—2,8 Ohm, or the rotor should be replaced. At check of short circuit the ohmmeter indication should be high enough, or the rotor should be replaced.
Check up blades on absence of damages.

Check up статор on breakage of a chain 1 (fig. 3.143), using an ohmmeter. The ohmmeter indication should be low enough, or статор should be replaced.

Check up статор on breakage of a chain or short circuit 1 (fig. 3.144), using an ohmmeter. The ohmmeter indication should be high enough, or статор should be replaced.
Check up диодный the bridge in a following order:

- Check up conductivity диодного the bridge in a direct direction. Check up lead plugs of the coil статора on chain breakage, using an ohmmeter 1 (fig. 3.145);

- Check up conductivity диодного the bridge in the opposite direction. Check up lead plugs of the coil статора on chain breakage, using an ohmmeter 1 (fig. 3.146);
- Replace диодный the bridge if it is necessary.

Check up deterioration of brushes. If length of brushes less than maximum permissible size and = 14 mm (fig. 3.147), replace brushes.
Assemblage
Generator assemblage spend to sequences, return to removal.
Tighten the screw of fastening of a regulator of pressure the moment 9—12 Нм.
Tighten the fastening screw диодного the bridge/regulator of pressure the moment 9—12 Нм.
Tighten the screw of fastening of a shchetkoderzhatelja/regulator of pressure the moment 9—12 Нм.
Tighten fastening bolts диодного the bridge the moment 9—12 Нм.
Tighten a nut of fastening of a pulley the moment 80—110 Нм.
Tighten coupling bolts the moment 4—6 Нм.
Tighten a nut of fastening of the positive plug of the storage battery the moment 4—7 Нм.
