Remove the generator.

Turn out coupling bolts 1 (fig. 3.117) the generator.

Using screw-drivers as levers, separate a cover from the generator case (fig. 3.118).
Remove a pulley and a rotor in gathering from a generator cover in a following order:

- Wrap up a rotor a fabric 1 (fig. 3.119);
- Fix a rotor 2 in a vice, a pulley upwards;
- Turn away a nut of 3 fastenings of a pulley;
- Remove a pulley 4.
Uncover, a rotor and the plug in a following order:

- Remove the big plug 1 (fig. 3.120);
- Remove a rotor 2 from a cover;
- Remove the small plug 3 from a rotor axis.
Remove the forward bearing in a following order:

- Turn away screws 1 (fig. 3.121) a fixing payment;
- Remove a fixing payment 2;
- Using a press, remove the forward bearing 3 generators.
Turn away a nut of fastening of the "positive" plug to the generator and remove a washer.
Remove статор from the generator case in a following order:

- Turn away fastening screws диодного the bridge 1 (fig. 3.122);
- Turn away screws of fastenings щеткодержателя and a regulator of pressure 2;
- Remove статор with диодным the bridge/shchetkoderzhatelem/regulator of pressure 3.
Отпаяйте wires also remove диодный the bridge and a winding статора.

Ohmmeter check up a rotor 1 (fig. 3.123) on chain breakage. Replace a rotor if it is necessary.

Check up a rotor winding on breakage 1 (fig. 3.124) or chain short circuit. Resistance of a winding of a rotor 2,9 Ohm. Replace a rotor if it is necessary.
Check up a rotor on breakage of a chain or short circuit on "weight", using an ohmmeter. Replace a rotor if it is necessary.

Check up статор on chain breakage, using an ohmmeter 1 (fig. 3.125). Replace статор if it is necessary.

Check up диодный the bridge in a following order:

- Check up conductivity диодного the bridge in a direct direction. Check up lead plugs of the coil статора on chain breakage, using an ohmmeter 1 (fig. 3.127);

- Check up conductivity диодного the bridge in the opposite direction. Check up lead plugs of the coil статора on chain breakage, using an ohmmeter 1 (fig. 3.128);
- Replace диодный the bridge if it is necessary.
Check up diodes in a following order:

- Check up the threefold diode, using an ohmmeter 1 (fig. 3.129);
- Replace a heat-conducting path 2 if it is necessary.

Check up deterioration of brushes. If length of brushes less than maximum permissible size and = 13,5 mm (fig. 3.130), replace brushes.
Assemblage
Generator assemblage spend to sequences, return to removal.

Before installation щеткодержателя on contact rings of a rotor, press brushes in щеткодержатель and fix them, having inserted into apertures 1 (fig. 3.131) a wire piece.
Tighten screws of a shchetkoderzhatelja/regulator/diodnogo of the bridge the moment 9—12 Нм.
Tighten screws of a fixing payment of the forward bearing the moment 6—8 Нм.
Tighten a nut of fastening of a pulley of the generator the moment 80—110 Нм.
Tighten coupling bolts b the moment 4—6 Нм.
