3.1.11. A head of the block of cylinders

Remove pressure in fuel system.
Disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery.
Remove the case of the air filter, the resonator and an air branch pipe in gathering.
Uncover a broad tank.
Disconnect the bottom hose of a radiator and merge cooling liquid.
Disconnect from atomizers electric sockets and топливоподводящие hoses.
Disconnect an accelerator cable, electric sockets and a vacuum hose in a following order:

- ослабьте a lock nut also disconnect a cable of an accelerator 6 (fig. 3.10 see);
- Disconnect a socket 4 gauges of absolute pressure in an inlet collector;
- Disconnect a socket 3 evaporators of steams of fuel;
- Disconnect a vacuum hose 2;
- Disconnect a vacuum tube 5 from the gauge of absolute pressure in an inlet collector;
- Disconnect a socket of 1 gauge of temperature of let in air.
Disconnect wires of a high voltage and electric sockets in a following order:

- Disconnect wires of a high voltage 2 (fig. 3.26) from spark plugs and a cover of the distributor of ignition;
- Disconnect a socket 3 gauges of temperature of a cooling liquid of the engine;
- Disconnect a socket of 1 temperature-sensitive element of the switch of the fan of a radiator;
- Disconnect a socket 4 gauges of oxygen;
- Disconnect a socket 5 valves of the control of idling;
- Disconnect a socket 6 gauges of position throttle заслонки.
Disconnect a socket of the optical gauge of the distributor of ignition.
Remove the valve рециркуляции exhaust gases.
Disconnect hoses and vacuum tubes in a following order:

- Hose 1 (fig. 3.27) release of a cooling liquid from throttle knot;
- Vacuum tube 2 absorbers of steams of fuel;
- The top hose 3 from the thermostat case;
- Inlet hose 4 cores from the thermostat case;
- Vacuum tube of the valve рециркуляции exhaust gases.
Remove a gear belt and натяжитель a gear belt.

Turn out a bolt 1 (fig. 3.23 see) and remove a pulley 2 camshafts.

Turn out bolts 1 (fig. 3.24 see) and remove a back casing of a gear belt.
Turn away a nut, disconnect a reception exhaust pipe from a final collector and remove a lining.

Disconnect a vacuum hose 1 (fig. 3.28) the gauge of absolute pressure in an inlet collector.
Disconnect a hose and the ventilation valve картерных gases 2.
Uncover 3 маслоналивной mouths.
Turn out bolts and uncover heads of the block of cylinders with a lining.

In the sequence shown on fig. 3.29, gradually ослабьте, and then turn out completely bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders.
Remove a head of the block of cylinders in gathering from the block of cylinders with inlet and final collectors, in throttle knot, the case of the thermostat/distributor of ignition and a lining of a head of the block of cylinders.
Privalochnye surfaces of a head and the block of cylinders should be absolutely pure. For their clearing use a firm plastic or wooden scraper. At clearing be careful, as the aluminium alloy is very easy for damaging. Be convinced that the deposit has not got to channels of system of greasing and cooling. It is especially important for greasing system as the deposit can block oil giving to engine details. If necessary clean channels.
Installation of a head of the block of cylinders spend to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following.
Establish a new lining of a head of the block of cylinders.

In the sequence shown on fig. 3.30, gradually tighten bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders the moment 85—90 Нм.
Tighten bolts of fastening of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders the moment 9—12 Нм.
Tighten nuts of fastening of a reception exhaust pipe the moment 25—35 Нм.
Establish a back casing of a gear belt and fix bolts, having tightened their moment 9—12 Нм.
Establish a pulley of a camshaft and fix a bolt, having tightened its moment 50—60 Нм.
