3.1.9. The oil pallet

Merge engine oil from картера the engine.

Turn away a nut, disconnect a reception exhaust pipe from a final collector and remove a lining.

Turn out bolts 1 (fig. 3.21) and remove the bottom plate of 2 couplings.

Turn out bolts and nuts 1 (fig. 3.22 see) and remove the oil pallet 2 from the block of cylinders.

Clear the oil pallet and a condensed surface.

Clear bolts of the oil pallet.

Clear apertures for bolts in the block of cylinders.

Installation of the oil pallet spend to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following.

Establish the oil pallet during 5 mines after drawing of a layer liquid прокладочной mastic (hermetic).

Tighten bolts and nuts of fastening of the oil pallet the moment 9—12 Нм.

Tighten bolts of fastening of the bottom plate картера couplings by the moment 4—7 Нм.

Tighten nuts of fastening of a reception exhaust pipe the moment 25—35 Нм.
