3.1.6. An inlet collector

Remove pressure in fuel system.
Disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery.
Remove the case of the air filter, the resonator and an air branch pipe in gathering.
Disconnect the bottom hose of a radiator and merge cooling liquid.
Remove throttle knot.
Remove fuel рейку and an injector.
Remove the valve рециркуляции exhaust gases and the solenoid.
Disconnect an accelerator cable, electric sockets and a vacuum hose in a following order:

- ослабьте a lock nut also disconnect a cable of an accelerator 6 (fig. 3.10);
- Disconnect a socket 4 gauges of absolute pressure in an inlet collector;
- Disconnect a socket 3 evaporators of steams of fuel;
- Disconnect a vacuum hose 2;
- Disconnect a vacuum tube 5 from the gauge of absolute pressure in an inlet collector;
- Disconnect a socket of 1 gauge of temperature of let in air.
Turn out 2 top bolts of fastening of the main arm of an inlet collector.
Remove an auxiliary arm of an inlet collector in a following order:

- Turn out the top bolt 1 (fig. 3.11);
- Turn out the bottom nut 2;
- Remove an auxiliary arm 3.
Turn out nuts and remove an inlet collector from a head of the block of cylinders.

Cautiously remove a lining 1 (fig. 3.12) an inlet collector, having pulled for the top part of a lining and.
Check up a lining on absence of cracks, задубления, swelling or damages.
Installation spend to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following.
Screw nuts of fastening of an inlet collector.
Screw nuts of fastening of an arm of an inlet collector and tighten their moment 15—19 Нм.

In the sequence shown on fig. 3.13, tighten nuts of fastening of an inlet collector the moment 15—19 Нм.
Tighten nuts of fastening of an auxiliary arm the moment 15 19 Нм.
Tighten bolts of fastening of an auxiliary arm the moment 18—22 Нм.
