3.1.7. A final collector

The prevention Do not remove a final collector, when it hot.

Disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery.

Remove the case of the air filter, the resonator and an air branch pipe in gathering.

Disconnect wires of a high voltage from spark plugs.

Disconnect a socket of the gauge of oxygen.

Turn away a nut, disconnect a reception exhaust pipe from a final collector and remove a lining.

Remove a thermoprotective casing of a final collector and a final collector in a following order:

- Turn out bolts b (fig. 3.14);

- Remove a thermoprotective casing of an inlet collector;

- Turn out nuts and bolts and;

- Remove a final collector;

- Remove a lining.

Check up a lining on absence of a break, cracks and damages.

Installation spend to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following.

Establish seven nuts and bolts of fastening of a final collector and tighten them in the sequence shown on fig. by 3.14 moment 17—27 Нм.

Tighten bolts of fastening of a thermoprotective casing of a final collector the moment 8—12 Нм.

Tighten nuts of fastening of a reception exhaust pipe the moment 25—35 Нм.
