7.3.1. Brake hoses

Remove wheels.

Remove a brake hose in a following order:

- Turn away the union 1 (fig. 7.9);

- Remove the E-shaped clamp 2;

- Disconnect a ring of 3 fastenings of a brake hose from a rack of a forward suspension bracket;

- Turn out a hollow connecting bolt 4;

- Stopper close the open end of a brake tube for prevention of leak of a liquid or its pollution.

Connect a brake tube to a brake hose and screw the union, having tightened its moment 16 Нм.

Screw a hollow connecting bolt of fastening of a brake hose to a support and tighten its moment 25,5 Нм.

Add a brake liquid.

Pump over brake system.

Check up brake system on absence of leak.

Establish wheels.

Remove back wheels.

Remove a brake hose in a following order:

- Turn away the union 1 (fig. 7.10);

- Remove the E-shaped lock clamp 2;

- Stopper close the open end of a brake tube for prevention of leak of a liquid or its pollution.

Connect a brake tube to a brake hose.

Screw the union and establish the E-shaped lock clamp.

Tighten the union the moment 16 Нм.

Add a brake liquid.

Pump over brake system.

Check up brake system on absence of leak.

Establish back wheels.
